Why Majic exists
I spent most of my career inside global advertising networks. At Y&R I went from Client Services Director and Head of International and New Business for MENA, based in Dubai, to CEO of Y&R Indochina (Vietnam, Myanmar and Laos), then Group CEO of Y&R Indonesia, running four agency brands and more than 140 people. At BBDO I spent five years as Regional Business Director on Ford, responsible for half the world. After that I was a founding partner of DO.SEA.
From the inside, I saw how much of a client's fee went into structure rather than thinking. Layers of account management, handoffs between departments, overheads, and hours spent by people still learning the job. Clients paid USD 1–2 million a year for work that, with today's tools, can be done more simply and by far fewer people.
Then I moved to the other side of the table. As a partner in Mudgee Meat, I lead the brand's growth marketing myself, and we've taken it from $1.7M to $5M in annual revenue in three and a half years.
Majic brings those two experiences together: network-grade judgment, applied directly, with modern tools doing the heavy lifting. No layers between you and the person doing the work.
